Snorka, LLC · Princeton, Kansas

Software built by the operator, not the vendor.

Snorka builds focused software for problems we ran into ourselves — first in a warehouse, then in a medicine cabinet. Every product here started as something we needed and couldn't buy.

WhatBox — commerce operations Nagging Medi — medication adherence

Approach

We ship the tool we needed at 11pm on a Tuesday.

Snorka isn't a studio taking briefs. Every product is something we run inside our own businesses before anyone else touches it. That constraint decides what gets built, what gets cut, and what we refuse to fake.

01

Real numbers, not estimates

If a screen shows a cost, it's the actual cost — carrier rates, Amazon fees, duty, brokerage, the freight invoice that showed up six weeks late. Software that rounds the hard parts isn't worth running.

02

Narrow beats broad

We'd rather own one decision completely than be a thin layer across twenty. Each product solves a specific, expensive, recurring problem and does that part better than anything else available.

03

Built under load

Our products run against live orders, live inventory, and live schedules every day. Edge cases get found by us, in production, before they reach a customer's month-end.

Products

Two product lines. One way of building.

WhatBox handles the operational side of multi-channel commerce. Nagging Medi applies the same instinct — measure it honestly, then make the right thing easy — to staying on a medication schedule.

WhatBox

Commerce operations

Tools for Shopify + Amazon sellers who run the operational side.

Storefront software is a solved problem. What isn't solved is knowing what a unit actually costs, or which orders Amazon should be shipping for you. WhatBox is two products aimed squarely at that gap.

WhatBox MCF

Puts Amazon MCF cost and in-house cost side by side in real dollars on every Shopify order, then routes to the cheaper one. Built-in carrier rates, 3D bin-packing against your real boxes, split orders, delivery watchdog, and double-ship prevention. Every other MCF app is just a pipe.

WhatBox ERP

Purchasing, receiving, inventory, and true landed cost in one place — fourteen real cost types allocated penny-exact by value, quantity, weight, or volume. When the freight invoice finally lands, the true-up workbench restates inventory with a full audit trail. A serious Stocky replacement.

Nagging Medi

Health & adherence

Never miss a dose again — and prove it's working.

A weekly injection is easy to miss and expensive to miss. Nagging Medi is built for people on HRT/TRT and GLP-1 protocols who need the dose to actually happen, and who want evidence that consistency is changing something.

  • Break-through alarms that escalate until the dose is logged
  • On-time grading and streaks — on time, late, or missed
  • Injection-site rotation tracking for weekly shots
  • AI label scanning to pull drug, dose, and schedule
  • Lab result reading from PDFs and photos
  • Feel-checks correlated against adherence over time

Company

A small company that ships.

Snorka, LLC is based in Princeton, Kansas. The company started in consumer goods — outdoor gear, specifically fishing packs — and the software came out of running that business: the purchase orders, the containers, the duty bills, the orders that cost more to ship than they earned. Building the tools turned out to be the better business, so that's the company now.

The same operator still runs live Shopify and Amazon storefronts. That's not a marketing line — it's the QA process. Every WhatBox release moves real orders and real inventory before it reaches a customer, and Nagging Medi runs on a real schedule with real consequences for getting it wrong.

We're deliberately small. That means we answer our own support, we ship unglamorous fixes, and we don't promise a roadmap we can't build.
